The ideal QRP 10m -40m Stealth Antenna for $2

The ideal QRP 10m -40m Stealth Antenna for $2

I bought a spool of speaker wire at the dollar store for $2 and it was 22 gauge 50 feet

You can make a simple QRP stealth antenna by doing the following:

Measure out 22 feet of wire and split it. This will give you two 22-foot radiators for each side of your 44-foot doublet. The remainder is your feed line.

Gently add a tie wrap at the 22 foot mark and also add another tie wrap to form a loop so you can hang the dipole from this tie wrap. Tighten both tie wraps

Connect it to your QRP rig and press tune and go make contacts on cw from 40m to 10m

The antenna is basically a 22 foot dipole with a quasi-300 ohm feed line
